Will my photos be safe?
Yes, we will do our utmost to ensure the safety of your precious items and will treat them as if they are our own.
We strongly recommend you use Special Delivery with the Royal Mail (it’s both tracked and signature required)
We will notify you when we receive your items, and process them as quickly as we can (depending on demand at the time)
They will be kept in a fire safe when we are not working on them
We ask for a satisfaction check of the digitised images, when we receive this we will send the digital work and the originals separately to hopefully reduce any anxieties.

Do I have to send my photos to a PO Box?
No, if you prefer an alternative address we will happily give you one on request.

Can we change the order of the photos on the slideshow?
Yes, please notify us when we make the satisfaction check.

How do you return the originals?
We wrap and package the items carefully (using your received packaging if possible).
We use Special Delivery from the Royal Mail, which requires signature on delivery and provides package tracking.

What happens if some photos are poor quality?
We assess the photos on arrival and as standard make some minor digital adjustments. If you would like further adjustments please contact us.

Do you offer any discounts on large numbers?

Can you take very small old photos?
Yes, but please be aware that we scan photos at a maximum quality of 600dpi (industry standard accepted for photo originals) so when enlarged for your screen they may look grainy.

Can you take large photos?
Yes, up to A4 size. If your needs exceed this please contact us as we are always looking to better serve our customers, and can investigate expanding the services we provide.
